Are You Ready to Heal Your Relationship with Food & Body While on GLP-1 Medication?
A therapeutic course for people navigating Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and similar medications.
You’re taking GLP-1 medication.
Whether you’ve just started taking GLP-1s (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro) or you’ve been on them for a while, you may be noticing unexpected ripple effects:
You’re eating less but not feeling more at peace.
Food feels functional, but joy, pleasure, and satisfaction feel distant.
Body changes are happening fast, and you’re not sure how to relate to your reflection.
Old disordered patterns are resurfacing… or never fully left.
Everyone wants to talk about weight loss, but no one’s asking how you feel.
This course is here to change that.
A therapeutic, non-judgmental course
“Healing Your Relationship with Food & Body While on GLP-1 Medication” is a 5-module, self-paced course designed specifically for people taking GLP-1s who want to heal their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth—without being told to just “eat less and move more.”
Grounded in therapeutic principles and free from diet culture, this course meets you where you are, with evidence-informed tools and gentle reflections to help you:
✅ Understand how GLP-1s affect your appetite, cues, and emotions
✅ Practice intuitive eating, adapted to your changing signals
✅ Rebuild body trust and compassion in a shifting body
✅ Unpack internalised weight stigma and diet mentality
✅ Reclaim joy, pleasure, and presence in eating and embodiment
🧡 What makes this course different?
Unlike traditional weight loss support, this course doesn’t focus on tracking, targets, or transformation photos.
And unlike some intuitive eating spaces, it doesn’t exclude or judge people taking weight-loss medication.
Instead, it offers a balanced, compassionate middle ground—where your reasons for taking GLP-1s are respected, your mental health is prioritised, and your relationship with food and body is held with care.

Meet your coach 👋
Hi, I’m Karen, a former social worker retraining as a therapist specialising in disordered eating and body image.
I understand how exhausting it is to exist in a society that tells us to be at war with our bodies and fixate on our weight and appearance. Many of us worry about weight management, nutrition, and exercise in the pursuit of health. But in a culture that stigmatises bigger bodies and discriminates against people based on appearances, our health-promoting behaviours can easily slide into obsessive weighing and body-checking, excessive exercising and eating disorders.
I help clients recognise disordered eating and exercise patterns, heal from diet culture, improve their body image, and teach them the psychological tools for coping with distressing thoughts and emotions. Many of my clients have a long history of dieting. Some struggle with binge eating and other disordered eating patterns, and others want to learn how to accept their bodies.
YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE PEACE WITH FOOD AND YOUR BODY.
People I’ve Helped
-
"I haven't weighed myself in weeks, I just don't care about that number anymore because I'm enjoying my life, eating food I actually like and doing yoga too...and you know what? I feel damn good about myself for the first time in years! I cannot thank you enough, Karen!"

"The emotional eating module was LIFE CHANGING for me! I never realised that comfort eating was benefiting me on some level but it all makes sooo much sense for me now. I've been working really hard the last few months to tune into my emotions and pick apart my thoughts to figure out what I really need (it isn't wine - who knew! haha!). The worry journal exercise has stuck with me the most, it's been so helpful, thank you so much for all your help and the videos and workbooks!)"

"I've just got back from a restaurant with my hubby. I thought about what you said about 'unconditional permission to eat' and I ordered exactly what I wanted on the menu (no salad this time!) [...] It was just amazing like I could actually listen to my belly and stop eating without the mental battle and wanting to binge."

FAQs
How long will I have access to the course?
You’ll get lifetime access, including any updates I make to the materials. That means you can return to the videos and journaling prompts as often as you like — your healing doesn’t have a deadline.
What if I don’t finish the course straight away?
That’s totally fine. There’s no rush. The course is self-paced, and you’ll have ongoing access. Life happens — intuitive eating is a journey, not a race.
Is this course appropriate if I’ve had an eating disorder?
This course can be a helpful part of recovery, but it’s not a substitute for 1:1 therapy. If you’re in treatment or unsure, speak with your care team to see if it’s right for you. I’m a trainee therapist with specialist training in disordered eating, and this course reflects a trauma-informed, weight-neutral approach.
