The Course Library
Join our free eating disorder awareness course and discover the signs, symptoms, and myths of various eating disorders. Whether you're an individual, loved one, or carer, gain practical tools and compassionate insights to support recovery.
In this course, we'll cover what is meant by Intuitive Eating and how it can help you gain freedom from dieting and improve your relationship with food and your body. We'll cover the main principles of intuitive eating and learn how to avoid turning it into 'just another diet'. We'll look at what the tools of dieting look like, analyse your personal dieting history and examine the dieting mentality and you'll learn to listen to what your body is trying to tell you it needs most.
Based on CBT, this course will help you uncover the causes behind emotional binge eating and the strategies for tackling it. Often, it's viewed as an eating problem when, in fact, it's a sign that self-care and mental well-being need to be prioritized. We'll work together to develop alternative coping mechanisms for strong emotions, drawing on the same strategies you would be taught in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Join our Body Image course to explore body acceptance and positive self-view. This video-based course includes CBT worksheets covering topics like body shaming, self-respect, media detox, and the body positivity movement.
Embrace a new approach to exercise with our Joyful Movement course. This video-based mini course, complete with a workbook, helps you move beyond diet culture, find joy in movement, and understand the health benefits of regular exercise.
Your ultimate guide to managing stress and anxiety where you’ll find practical tools and compassionate support to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. This comprehensive course features a blend of engaging video lessons and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) based workbooks designed to help you understand and manage stress and anxiety effectively.

"I haven't weighed myself in weeks, I just don't care about that number anymore because I'm enjoying my life, eating food I actually like and doing yoga too...and you know what? I feel damn good about myself for the first time in years! I cannot thank you enough, Karen!"

"The emotional eating module was LIFE CHANGING for me! I never realised that comfort eating was benefiting me on some level but it all makes sooo much sense for me now. I've been working really hard the last few months to tune into my emotions and pick apart my thoughts to figure out what I really need (it isn't wine - who knew! haha!). The worry journal exercise has stuck with me the most, it's been so helpful, thank you so much for all your help and the videos and workbooks!)"

"I've just got back from a restaurant with my hubby. I thought about what you said about 'unconditional permission to eat' and I ordered exactly what I wanted on the menu (no salad this time!) [...] It was just amazing like I could actually listen to my belly and stop eating without the mental battle and wanting to binge."
