Break Free from Dieting
Reclaim Peace with Food and Confidence in Your Body
The Ultimate Guide to Intuitive Eating
A step-by-step online course for people who are done with diets, exhausted by food guilt, and ready to feel normal around eating again.
If you're stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle of restriction, overeating, and shame… you're not alone. You've spent years trying to follow the "right" plan, eat the "cleanest" food, only to end up stuck in a cycle of binge eating and restriction.
It's not your fault.
Diets are designed to fail. Intuitive eating is designed to heal.
The Ultimate Guide to Intuitive Eating will help you finally rebuild trust with your body, let go of obsessive food rules, and nourish yourself physically and emotionally, without relying on willpower, calorie counting, or self-punishment.
Learn How to Eat Without Guilt, Trust Your Body, and Stop Obsessing Over Food
This course isn’t about giving you another set of food rules — it’s about unlearning the ones that have made eating feel stressful, shameful, or out of control.
Over 5 modules, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Understand and honour your hunger and fullness cues — without relying on external rules
✅ Ditch the diet mentality and rebuild trust with your body
✅ Find satisfaction in food without guilt or fear
✅ Stop binge eating and the restrict-overeat-repeat cycle
✅ Embrace health on your own terms, with a weight-neutral, evidence-based approach
Each module includes videos, journal prompts, and actionable exercises to help you go from “I can’t trust myself with food” to “I finally feel at peace around eating.”

Meet your coach 👋
Hi, I’m Karen, a former social worker retraining as a therapist specialising in disordered eating and body image.
I understand how exhausting it is to exist in a society that tells us to be at war with our bodies and fixate on our weight and appearance. Many of us worry about weight management, nutrition, and exercise in the pursuit of health. But in a culture that stigmatises bigger bodies and discriminates against people based on appearances, our health-promoting behaviours can easily slide into obsessive weighing and body-checking, excessive exercising and eating disorders.
I help clients recognise disordered eating and exercise patterns, heal from diet culture, improve their body image, and teach them the psychological tools for coping with distressing thoughts and emotions. Many of my clients have a long history of dieting. Some struggle with binge eating and other disordered eating patterns, and others want to learn how to accept their bodies.
YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE PEACE WITH FOOD AND YOUR BODY.

"I haven't weighed myself in weeks, I just don't care about that number anymore because I'm enjoying my life, eating food I actually like and doing yoga too...and you know what? I feel damn good about myself for the first time in years! I cannot thank you enough, Karen!"

"The emotional eating module was LIFE CHANGING for me! I never realised that comfort eating was benefiting me on some level but it all makes sooo much sense for me now. I've been working really hard the last few months to tune into my emotions and pick apart my thoughts to figure out what I really need (it isn't wine - who knew! haha!). The worry journal exercise has stuck with me the most, it's been so helpful, thank you so much for all your help and the videos and workbooks!)"

"I've just got back from a restaurant with my hubby. I thought about what you said about 'unconditional permission to eat' and I ordered exactly what I wanted on the menu (no salad this time!) [...] It was just amazing like I could actually listen to my belly and stop eating without the mental battle and wanting to binge."

FAQs
Is this course suitable if I’ve been dieting for years and don’t trust my hunger cues?
Yes — this course is designed for people who feel out of touch with their body’s natural signals. You’ll learn how to gently reconnect with your hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Will I lose weight with intuitive eating?
This course does not focus on weight loss. Instead, it helps you build a healthy relationship with food and your body — one where your behaviours are guided by self-care rather than control. Some people lose weight, some gain, some stay the same — the real goal here is freedom, not the scale.
How long will I have access to the course?
You’ll get lifetime access, including any updates I make to the materials. That means you can return to the videos and journaling prompts as often as you like — your healing doesn’t have a deadline.
What if I don’t finish the course straight away?
That’s totally fine. There’s no rush. The course is self-paced, and you’ll have ongoing access. Life happens — intuitive eating is a journey, not a race.
Is this course appropriate if I’ve had an eating disorder?
This course can be a helpful part of recovery, but it’s not a substitute for 1:1 therapy. If you’re in treatment or unsure, speak with your care team to see if it’s right for you. I’m a trainee therapist with specialist training in disordered eating, and this course reflects a trauma-informed, weight-neutral approach.
Can I take this course while on weight loss medication like Ozempic?
Absolutely. Many people taking GLP-1 medications want to explore intuitive eating to improve their relationship with food, body image, and emotional wellbeing. This course helps you do just that — with or without medication.
What’s included again?
Video lessons, journaling prompts, and action steps
Lifetime access to all content
A supportive, flexible framework rooted in anti-diet principles
BONUS 1: Free Body Image Workbook (worth £15.99)
BONUS 2: 40% of my Overcoming Emotional Eating Course
