Best Podcasts for Intuitive Eating, HAES, and Ditching Diet Culture

the best podcasts for intuitive eating, HAES and ditching diet culture

There are loads of great podcasts out there presented by dietitians, nutritionists, doctors, and therapists on the topics of diet culture, intuitive eating, health at every size, body image and eating disorder recovery. Often, they feature other experts on their shows. It’s fantastic way to learn a lot about a topic and hear some of the discussions and debates on an issue.

Here are my favourite Intuitive Eating podcasts:

Food Psych, with Christy Harrison, MPH, RD, CDN

Christy Harrison’s Food Psych Podcast dives deep into the psychology of food and disordered eating. She’s a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counsellor.
